Centered around Alfred M’BONGO et Manuel WANDJI, RADIO TROTTOIR is the result of the encounter of two artists sharing the same contemporary vision of Africa. New trend, a blend of sounds inspired by traditional music and the colours in vogue..
The themes of the songs come from the street, the theatre of all stories, strong feelings and the cry for justice – whether in Brazzaville, or elsewhere, in Yaounde or Kinshasa. The voice of Alfred M’BONGO comes is the very heart of this life.
For this album, Manuel WANDJI has found talented and inventive musicians : Cameroonian, Congolese, Madagascan and West Indian… a real panafrican cross-culture.
